The philosophy

This isn’t a meal plan. This is a code of eating for real women and men.

For hundreds of thousands of years, people thrived on meat, fire and instinct — not packets, powders, or plastic tubs of “performance fuel.” You don’t need pills. You don’t need potions. You don’t need calorie apps, and you sure as hell don’t need to count calories.

You need discipline, meat, water, and a spine.

This is not about following my plan. It’s about following your conviction — as long as you follow the rules:

  • ✓ Eat what grows or lives on the earth.
  • ✕ If it came in a packet, a box, a tin, or with a barcode — it’s out.
  • ✓ Fuel your system. Feed the mission, not the craving.

The core food list

Meats

Beef, lamb, pork, chicken, duck, turkey, kangaroo, goat, venison.

Fish and seafood

Sardines, salmon, barramundi, mackerel, prawns, oysters.

Eggs

Eat the whole egg — every part of it is good for you. Nature didn’t mess it up; you don’t need to outthink it.

Vegetables

Eat whatever you like. Keep it off the garbage oils. Use salt and pepper freely; add natural herbs and spices — clean and simple.

Fruit (optional)

Have it if you want it. You don’t need it for survival.

Fats

Animal fat, coconut oil, beef tallow, avocado.

What’s out

  • ✕ Packaged “health” snacks.
  • ✕ Protein powders, shakes, meal bars.
  • ✕ Breakfast cereals.
  • ✕ Vegetable oils — canola, sunflower, soybean.
  • ✕ Energy drinks, fruit juices, flavoured waters.
  • ✕ Anything that ends in “-ose” or has a mascot on the box.

Spices and herbs

You don’t need much. For flavour without compromise, keep it real:

  • ✓ Salt — use it.
  • ✓ Black pepper.
  • ✓ Garlic — fresh only.
  • ✓ Thyme, rosemary, basil.

Stick to real, ground or fresh herbs. If it has anti-caking agents or comes in a neon shaker bottle, it’s not for you.

When to eat

Simple rule: eat when you’ve earned it.

Woke up? Coffee — black, or with real milk. I drank milk straight from the cow for 17 years with zero issues. You know what’s bad for you? Trying to milk an almond. Trained hard? Eat. Sitting around doing nothing? You don’t need food.

Don’t eat because the clock says so. Eat because your effort and your discipline say you’ve earned it.

Real-world examples

The Truck Driver. Two steak-based meals a day. Water all day. No crap in the cab. Result: energy all shift, no crashes.

The Office Worker. Trains at 5am. Eats at noon and again at 6pm. No snacking, no sugar hits, no post-lunch coma.

The Busy Parent. Cooks a pan of meat and veg that feeds them twice. No separate meals, no fuss — just fuel.

Farm Boy FAQ

What about social events?

You chose to go out — so enjoy it, don’t complicate it. Order what’s on the menu. You’re building a body that does the talking. No preaching your diet like a vegan at a BBQ — just eat, stay sharp, and move on. In a few weeks they’ll ask what you’re doing, because they’ll see it. And tonight might be your cheat meal… if you’ve earned it.

Can I eat fruit?

If you want. It’s not a requirement. Don’t lie to yourself that you need it.

Isn’t fat bad for you?

No. Your brain runs on cholesterol — fats are its preferred fuel. You know what’s actually bad for you? The ultra-processed garbage you were eating before.

Can I have a cheat meal?

Once a week. One meal. Earned through consistent execution. Pancakes? Fine. Wine with a steak? Fine. Just don’t pretend you’ve earned it if you haven’t done the work.

The point

Discipline eats motivation for breakfast. It’s simple — that’s why it works. Nowhere to hide, no fancy macros, no trick foods, no fads. You don’t need a new diet. You need a new identity.

Final word: this isn’t a diet, it’s a stand

This isn’t about calories, macros, or rules from a nutritionist in a lab coat. It’s about living like someone who gives a damn — about your body, your mind and your future. You’re not following someone’s program; you’re following a code that makes you stronger, clearer, and harder to kill.

You don’t need perfect. You need consistent. You don’t need another expert. You need to execute. You’ve got the playbook. So live it. Own it. Pass it on.
