Refund policy

Every YFYF piece except the Gym Duffel is made to order for you. Because of that, we don't accept change-of-mind returns on made-to-order items, so please check the size guide before you order.

Faulty, damaged or wrong item
If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or not what you ordered, we'll fix it. Email support@yourfitnessisyourfortune.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll send a replacement or give you a full refund. You won't need to send the item back unless we ask.

Gym Duffel
The Gym Duffel ships from our own stock. If you change your mind, you can return it unused, with tags, within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the item price. Return postage is paid by you.

Your rights
Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in this policy limits those rights.

Refunds
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
