These terms apply when you use yfyf.club or buy from Your Fitness is Your Fortune (YFYF), Australia. By placing an order you agree to them.

Products and prices
Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. We may change prices or products at any time, but the price you pay is the price shown when you placed your order. Colours on screen can vary slightly from the finished product.

Orders
Most items are made to order after you pay. We may cancel an order if a product is unavailable or a pricing error occurs, and we'll refund you in full if we do.

Shipping, returns and refunds
Delivery and returns are covered by our Shipping policy and Refund policy, which form part of these terms.

Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under that law.

Intellectual property
The YFYF name, FF logo, YFYF.CLUB, designs, photos and content on this site belong to Your Fitness is Your Fortune and may not be copied or used without our permission.

Liability
To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this site or our products.

Privacy
How we handle your information is set out in our Privacy policy.

Changes
We may update these terms. The version on this site at the time of your order applies.
